Glenn Lemons is Chief Customer Officer at Alethea, where he leads the company’s customer success and intelligence engagement strategy—ensuring clients across government, enterprise, and nonprofit sectors maximize the impact of Alethea’s technology and insights to protect truth, people, brands, and organizations from online harm.

Before joining Alethea, Glenn served as Chief Intelligence Officer at Flashpoint, where he oversaw the company’s global intelligence strategy and led its Customer Success and Inside Sales teams supporting more than 750 organizations worldwide.

Earlier in his career, Glenn held senior intelligence and cyber leadership roles at Citi, where he directed global cyber intelligence operations using a follow-the-sun model, and at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Intelligence & Analysis, where he served as Senior Intelligence Officer for Cyber. In that capacity, he provided numerous closed-session briefings to Members of the U.S. House of Representatives on current and emerging cyber threats to the Homeland, working in close coordination with partners across the Intelligence Community and federal law enforcement.

A plankholder of U.S. Cyber Command, Glenn’s background also includes 22 years of military service in the U.S. Joint and Special Operations community, where he supported national-level intelligence and counterterrorism missions.
